Quentin Collins was born and raised in the greater Indianapolis area. He graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School in 2012 and, thereafter, attended Purdue University graduating in 2016 with a degree in Law & Society. Quentin then attended law school at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he was admitted to the Order of the Barristers, won the state-wide moot court competition of 2018, and won an award for his research on navigable water law at the 2019 Environmental and Natural Resources Law Symposium. He was admitted to the bar in October 2019.

Quentin joined Jason May Law as an Associate Attorney in August of 2021 following his service as an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. During his time at DWD, Quentin conducted over 600 Pandemic Unemployment Assistance hearings, analyzed testimony and evidence, collaborated with a law clerk to maintain claimant files, and issued decisions. Previously, Quentin worked in private practice at a mid-sized Indianapolis law firm where he represented consumers in federal civil litigation, analyzed real estate disputes, and worked with business clients on transactional matters.

Currently, Quentin represents both individuals and businesses in transactional and litigation contexts. He strives to achieve favorable transaction structures for his clients that limit the possibility of litigation. However, should litigation arise, Quentin stands ready to be a zealous, yet cordial, advocate for his clients and pursues cost-effective solutions.
Quentin is passionate about nonprofit work—as a board member of multiple nonprofits and a founder of one, he loves working with folks who are committed to a purpose. To that end, he assists nonprofits by drafting their founding documents and internal governance documents, assists with obtaining tax-exempt status, and advises each organization as to operational considerations.
When he is not at work, you can usually find Quentin somewhere outside with his fiancé, Bri. A passionate outdoorsman, he enjoys chasing upland birds alongside his dog, Gunner, rock climbing, fly-fishing, mountain biking, and disc golfing. He also enjoys giving back to the community by serving on the board of directors for the Indiana Wildlife Federation and Indiana Climbers Coalition.
